       bill; which was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary

                                 A BILL

 
        To repeal the Alien Enemies Act, and for other purposes.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Neighbors Not Enemies Act''.

SEC. 2. REPEAL OF ALIEN ENEMIES ACT.

    Sections 4067 through 4070 of the Revised Statutes of the United 
States (50 U.S.C. 21-24) are repealed.
