Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate completes its business today, it stand adjourned until 10 a.m. on Wednesday, March 4; that following the prayer and pledge, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be deemed expired, the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the day, morning business be closed, and the Senate resume consideration of the motion to proceed to H.R. 6644, postcloture, and at 11 a.m., all time be expired and the Senate vote on the motion to proceed; further, that if Senator Kaine makes a motion to discharge S.J. Res. 104, the Senate vote on the motion at 4 p.m. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered. ____________________
