SENSE OF CONGRESS. It is the sense of Congress that former Minneapolis residents Alex Jeffrey Pretti and Renee Nicole Good, who were both killed by Federal immigration enforcement officers in January 2026 during Operation Metro Surge, were not domestic terrorists. ______
