PROHIBITION ON THE INTRODUCTION OF GROUND TROOPS IN IRAN. The President shall not introduce military personnel for combat operations on the territory of Iran, commonly referred to as ``ground troops,'' unless as pursuant to a specific authorization for use of military force passed by Congress and enacted into law after the date of the enactment of this Act. ______
