Mr. GALLEGO submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill S. 1383, to establish the Veterans Advisory Committee on Equal Access, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: At the appropriate place, insert the following: SEC. ___. TREATMENT OF LICENSES RELATING TO THE SALE OF IRANIAN OIL. On and after the date of the enactment of this Act, any license issued by the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the Department of the Treasury after the initiation of hostilities with Iran on February 28, 2026, relating to the sale of Iranian oil shall have no force or effect. ______
