FUNDING FOR HEAD START PROGRAMS, INCLUDING INDIAN HEAD START PROGRAMS. In addition to amounts otherwise available, there is appropriated to the Secretary of Health and Human Services for fiscal year 2026, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $14,900,000,000, to remain available until expended, to carry out the Head Start Act (42 U.S.C. 9831 et seq.). ______
