PURPOSE OF JUDGE ADVOCATE GENERALS. (a) Sense of Congress.--It is the sense of Congress that the main purpose of Judge Advocate Generals is representing and defending military members and families. (b) Temporary Immigration Judges.--Judge Advocate Generals should not be appointed as temporary immigration judges to serve in the Executive Office for Immigration Review. ______
