RES. 213 Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule issued by the Environmental Protection Agency relating to the ``California State Nonroad Engine Pollution Control Standards; Commercial Harbor Craft Regulations; Notice of Decision''. _______________________________________________________________________ IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES August 10, 2026 Mr. Gallagher (for himself and Mr. Fong) submitted the following joint resolution; which was referred to the Committee on Energy and Commerce _______________________________________________________________________ JOINT RESOLUTION Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule issued by the Environmental Protection Agency relating to the ``California State Nonroad Engine Pollution Control Standards; Commercial Harbor Craft Regulations; Notice of Decision''. Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That Congress disapproves the rule issued by the Environmental Protection Agency relating to the ``California State Nonroad Engine Pollution Control Standards; Commercial Harbor Craft Regulations; Notice of Decision'' (90 Fed. Reg. 1998 (January 10, 2025)), and such rule shall have no force or effect. <all>
