                                 A BILL

 
 To amend title 10, United States Code, to authorize the Secretary of 
Defense to enter into intergovernmental support agreements on behalf of 
               Defense Agencies, and for other purposes.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. INSTALLATION-SUPPORT SERVICES: INTERGOVERNMENTAL SUPPORT 
              AGREEMENTS.

    Section 2679(f) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by 
adding at the end the following new paragraph:
            ``(5) The term `Secretary concerned' includes the Secretary 
        of Defense acting on behalf of the head of a Defense Agency.''.
