R. 10652 To reauthorize the San Gabriel Basin Restoration Fund. _______________________________________________________________________ IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES October 1, 2026 Mr. Cisneros (for himself and Ms. Chu) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Natural Resources _______________________________________________________________________ A BILL To reauthorize the San Gabriel Basin Restoration Fund. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``San Gabriel Basin Restoration Fund Reauthorization Act''. SEC. 2. SAN GABRIEL BASIN RESTORATION FUND. Section 110 of division B of the Miscellaneous Appropriations Act, 2001 (114 Stat. 2763A-222), as enacted into law by section 1(a)(4) of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2001 (Public Law 106-554), is amended-- (1) in subsection (a)(3)(A)(ii), by striking ``for a period not to exceed 10 years, following the initial date of operation of the project''; and (2) in subsection (d)(1), by striking ``$146,200,000'' and inserting ``$250,000,000''. <all>
