To amend the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 to reauthorize the Nita M. Lowey Community Learning Centers program for fiscal years 2026 through 2035, and for other purposes.

Referred to the Committee on Education and Workforce, and in addition to the Committee on Ways and Means, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.

This bill would continue funding for community learning centers that provide after-school and summer programs for students in low-income areas through 2035, helping kids access tutoring, enrichment activities, and other educational support outside regular school hours.
