   To repeal the jurisdiction conferred by section 3243 of title 18, 
 United States Code, to the State of Kansas over offenses committed by 
             or against Indians on Tribal lands in Kansas.

   Mr. Mann introduced the following bill; which was referred to the 
                       Committee on the Judiciary

                                 A BILL

 
   To repeal the jurisdiction conferred by section 3243 of title 18, 
 United States Code, to the State of Kansas over offenses committed by 
             or against Indians on Tribal lands in Kansas.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. REPEAL OF STATE JURISDICTION OVER CERTAIN OFFENSES COMMITTED 
              ON TRIBAL LANDS IN KANSAS.

    Section 3243 of title 18, United States Code, is repealed.
