Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. REPEALING REPORTING REQUIREMENTS RELATED TO UNFUNDED PRIORITIES. (a) In General.--Title 10, United States Code, is amended by repealing each of the following sections: (1) Section 222a. (2) Section 222f. (3) Section 240i. (4) Section 4815. (5) Section 5513. (6) Section 6288. (b) Small Business Innovation Research and Technology Transfer Program.--Section 865 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2022 (Public law 117-81; 10 U.S.C. 4901 note) is repealed. (c) Military Construction Projects.--Section 2806 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018 (division B of Public Law 115-91; 10 U.S.C. 222a note) is repealed. <all>
