RES. 1536 Recommending that the House of Representatives find Neville Singham in contempt of Congress for refusal to comply with a subpoena duly issued by the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform. _______________________________________________________________________ IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES September 14, 2026 Mrs. Luna submitted the following resolution; which was referred to the Committee on Rules _______________________________________________________________________ RESOLUTION Recommending that the House of Representatives find Neville Singham in contempt of Congress for refusal to comply with a subpoena duly issued by the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform. Resolved, That Neville Singham shall be found to be in contempt of Congress for failure to comply with a congressional subpoena. Resolved, That pursuant to the inherent power of the House of Representatives, Neville Singham shall be fined $25,000 for each day that the said Neville Singham fails to comply with the subpoena after the date of the approval of this Resolution. Resolved, That the Speaker of the House shall take all appropriate action to enforce the subpoena and this Resolution. <all>
