[Congressional Bills 119th Congress] [From the U.S. Government Publishing Office] [S. 3791 Introduced in Senate (IS)] <DOC> 119th CONGRESS 2d Session S. 3791 To reauthorize Regional Ocean Partnerships, and for other purposes. _______________________________________________________________________ IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES February 5, 2026 Mr. Wicker (for himself, Ms. Blunt Rochester, Mr. Murphy, Mrs. Britt, Mr. Coons, Mr. Kennedy, Ms. Collins, Ms. Hassan, and Mr. Markey) introduced the following bill; which was read twice and referred to the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation _______________________________________________________________________ A BILL To reauthorize Regional Ocean Partnerships, and for other purposes. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Regional Ocean Partnerships Reauthorization Act of 2026''. SEC. 2. REAUTHORIZATION OF REGIONAL OCEAN PARTNERSHIPS. Section 10202 of the James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 (16 U.S.C. 1468) is amended-- (1) in subsection (g)-- (A) in paragraph (1), by inserting ``and not later than 5 years after the date of enactment of the Regional Ocean Partnerships Reauthorization Act of 2026,'' after ``this Act,''; and (B) in paragraph (2), by striking ``The report'' and inserting ``Each report''; and (2) in subsection (j)-- (A) in paragraph (1)-- (i) by striking subparagraphs (A), (B), and (C); (ii) by redesignating subparagraphs (D) and (E) as subparagraphs (A) and (B), respectively; and (iii) by adding at the end the following: ``(C) $11,572,444 for fiscal year 2028. ``(D) $11,688,168 for fiscal year 2029. ``(E) $11,805,050 for fiscal year 2030. ``(F) $11,923,101 for fiscal year 2031.''; and (B) in paragraph (3), by striking ``2023 through 2027'' and inserting ``2026 through 2031''. <all>
