Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Whistleblower Anti-Gag Act of 2026''. SEC. 2. ANTI-GAG PROVISION. Section 2302(a)(2)(C)(i) of title 5, United States Code, is amended by inserting ``or in the case of a nondisclosure policy, form, or agreement described under subsection (b)(13)'' after ``(D)''. <all>
