RES. 88 _______________________________________________________________________ JOINT RESOLUTION Terminating the national emergency declared to impose global tariffs. Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, pursuant to section 202 of the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1622), the national emergency declared on April 2, 2025, by the President in Executive Order 14257 (90 Fed. Reg. 15041) is terminated effective on the date of the enactment of this joint resolution. Passed the Senate October 30, 2025. Attest: Secretary. 119th CONGRESS 1st Session S. J.
