Farm Equipment Safety Act This bill provides that emissions standards under the Clean Air Act for nonroad engines and nonroad vehicles do not apply to nonroad engines and nonroad vehicles that are used for agricultural purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Farm Equipment Safety Act''. SEC. 2. EXEMPTION OF NONROAD FARM ENGINES AND VEHICLES FROM CLEAN AIR ACT EMISSION STANDARDS. Section 213 of the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7547) is amended by adding at the end the following: ``(e) Exemption.--The standards under this section do not apply to emissions from nonroad engines and nonroad vehicles that are used for agricultural purposes.''. <all>
