Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``No Deliveries Act''. SEC. 2. BIRTHING MISREPRESENTATIONS. Section 1546 of title 18, United States Code, is amended-- (1) in subsection (a)-- (A) by striking ``or fact--'' and inserting ``or fact; or''; (B) by inserting before ``Shall be fined'' the following: `` ``Whoever knowingly enters the United States for the purpose of giving birth to a child whose parents are not nationals or lawful permanent residents of the United States and misrepresents such purpose--''; and (C) by inserting ``not less than 10 years (if the offense resulted in such child being born in the United States) or'' before ``not more than 25''; and (2) by adding at the end the following: ``(d) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a United States district court shall have jurisdiction to enter a judicial order of removal at the time of sentencing against any alien who is convicted of an offense under this section.''. <all>
