Plain-English Summary

The bill would rename a Veterans Affairs clinic in Saint Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, after Lieutenant Colonel David C. Canegata III to honor his military service. This change would affect the official name of the facility that provides healthcare services to veterans in that area. The renamed clinic would serve as a tribute to the military officer while continuing to deliver medical care to eligible veterans.
