Plain-English Summary

This procedural measure would allow the House to consider certain resolutions from the Rules Committee without following the normal requirement that such resolutions be available for review for a set period before a vote. The change would speed up the legislative process by letting the House move forward with these resolutions more quickly than standard rules typically allow.
