Plain-English Summary

This bill would officially name the Veterans Affairs outpatient clinic in Newton, New Jersey after Anthony "Tony" J. Gallopo, honoring his contributions. The clinic provides healthcare services to veterans in the area, and the naming would recognize Gallopo's legacy. This is a ceremonial designation that does not change how the clinic operates or what services it provides.
