Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Cold War Military Force Repeal Act''. SEC. 2. REPEAL OF JOINT RESOLUTION TO PROMOTE PEACE AND STABILITY IN THE MIDDLE EAST. The joint resolution entitled ``A joint resolution to promote peace and stability in the Middle East'' (Public Law 85-7; 22 U.S.C. 1961 et seq.) is hereby repealed. <all>
