Plain-English Summary

Members of Congress would be allowed to display artwork that is currently stored away in congressional buildings, rather than keeping it hidden in storage facilities. This would let lawmakers showcase pieces from the government's art collection in their offices and other spaces around Capitol Hill. The change would make the artwork visible to the public and staff who visit Congress.
