This joint resolution nullifies the Environmental Protection Agency rule titled Phasedown of Hydrofluorocarbons: Management of Certain Hydrofluorocarbons and Substitutes Under the American Innovation and Manufacturing Act of 2020 and published on October 11, 2024.
