Digital Asset Market Clarity Act

Digital Asset Market Clarity Act of 2025 or the CLARITY Act of 2025 This bill establishes a regulatory framework for digital commodities, defined by the bill as digital assets that rely upon a blockchain for their value. The Commodity Futures Trading Commission must generally regulate digital commodities transactions, including digital commodity exchanges, brokers, and dealers. To qualify for trade on an exchange (1) a digital commodity’s blockchain must be mature, or on a blockchain system that has achieved decentralized control as defined by the bill; or (2) the issuer of the digital commodity must file certain reports. The bill establishes requirements for trade monitoring, recordkeeping, and the commingling of customer assets. The bill exempts digital commodities on mature blockchains (and digital commodities on blockchains expected to mature within certain timeframes) from Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) registration requirements if annual sales fall under a certain amount and other requirements are met. The bill provides the SEC with jurisdiction over digital commodity activities and transactions engaged in by certain brokers and dealers on alternative trading systems and by national securities exchanges. Digital commodity exchanges, brokers, and dealers are subject to the Bank Secrecy Act for anti-money laundering and related purposes. The bill also sets forth requirements for alternative trading systems, previously issued digital commodities, and provisional registration until the bill is implemented. Wildfire Response and Readiness Act

Supporting the designation of the week of August 2 through August 8, 2026, as "National Farmers Market Week".

The proposal would officially recognize the week of August 2-8, 2026, as "National Farmers Market Week" to highlight the importance of farmers markets in communities across the country. This designation would encourage Americans to shop at and support local farmers markets during that week, benefiting small-scale farmers and promoting access to fresh, locally-grown food. The measure is primarily symbolic and does not create new laws or funding, but serves to raise awareness about farmers markets and their role in local food systems.

ASSET Act

The proposal would remove or raise the asset limits that currently prevent people from receiving federal assistance programs like food stamps, Medicaid, and housing aid if they have too much money or property saved up. This change would allow more low-income workers and families to qualify for these benefits even if they own a home, car, or have some savings, making it easier for people to receive help while building financial security. The bill affects millions of Americans who rely on federal assistance programs and has been sent to multiple congressional committees for review.

Wildfire Research Coordination Act of 2026

This bill would coordinate wildfire research efforts across multiple federal agencies and departments to improve how the government studies and responds to wildfires. It affects scientists, firefighters, land management agencies, and communities vulnerable to wildfires by bringing together expertise from the military, natural resources, agriculture, and scientific research sectors to work on wildfire prevention and response strategies.

Mountain Pine Beetle Coordination Act

This legislation would coordinate federal efforts to address mountain pine beetle infestations, which damage forests across western states by killing trees and increasing wildfire risk. The bill aims to improve communication and planning between different government agencies responsible for forest management and pest control. Affected groups include forest landowners, timber companies, communities near forests, and outdoor recreation businesses that depend on healthy forests.

Emergency Mountain Pine Beetle Response Act

The proposal would authorize emergency funding and resources to combat mountain pine beetle infestations, which are devastating forests across western states by killing large numbers of trees. This would affect timber companies, forest communities that depend on logging, wildlife habitats, and property owners whose land is threatened by the beetles and the increased wildfire risk they create. The measure has been sent to two congressional committees to review different aspects of the response plan.

Expressing support for the designation of July 2026 as "American Grown Flower and Foliage Month".

This resolution supports the goals and ideals of American Grown Flower and Foliage Month and recognizes that purchasing flowers and foliage grown in the United States supports the farmers, small businesses, jobs, and economy of the United States.

Opening Programs to Organic Farms Act

The Agriculture Department would be required to study and report back to Congress about what obstacles prevent organic farms and farms considering switching to organic production from participating in USDA assistance programs. The report would identify specific barriers these farmers face, helping lawmakers understand what changes might be needed to make it easier for organic and transitioning farms to access government support and resources.

SWAT Act of 2026

Spotted Wing Abatement Trust Act of 2026 or the SWAT Act of 2026 This bill directs the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service to establish a fund for research relating to, and activities to mitigate the negative effects of, spotted wing drosophila. Spotted wing drosophila is an invasive species of insect from East Asia that has caused significant damage to unripe berry and stone fruit crops in the United States, including raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, peaches, plums, and cherries.

Wabeno Economic Development Act

Wabeno Economic Development Act This bill requires the Forest Service to convey approximately 14 acres of federal land, including the mineral rights, in the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest, Wisconsin, to Tony's Wabeno Redi-Mix, LLC, upon receiving an offer to buy the land for market value. The Forest Service must complete an appraisal to determine the market value of the land, and the offer must be received within 180 days after federal approval of such appraisal. Tony's Wabeno Redi-Mix, LLC, must pay an amount equal to the market value of the land and all associated costs as a condition of conveyance. Additionally, the Department of the Interior must publish a comprehensive review of the federal permitting processes for the development of stone, sand, and gravel on federal lands.

ACRES Act

Accurately Counting Risk Elimination Solutions Act or the ACRES Act This bill establishes requirements regarding reports about hazardous fuels reduction activities and standardized procedures for tracking data for hazardous fuels reduction. Hazardous fuels reduction activities means any vegetation management activities that reduce the risk of wildfire but excludes the award of contracts to conduct hazardous fuels reduction activities. First, the Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the Department of the Interior must include in the materials submitted in support of the President's budget each fiscal year a report on the number of acres of federal land on which such activities were carried out during the preceding year. Next, USDA and Interior must implement standardized procedures for tracking data related to such activities. The standardized procedures must include regular, standardized data reviews of the accuracy and timely input of data used to track hazardous fuels reduction activities; verification methods that validate whether such data accurately correlates to such activities; an analysis of the short- and long-term effectiveness of such activities on reducing the risk of wildfire; and for hazardous fuels reduction activities that occur partially within the wildland-urban interface, methods to distinguish which acres are located within and which located outside the wildland-urban interface. Finally, the Government Accountability Office must (1) conduct a study on this bill's implementation, and (2) submit a report to Congress with the results of the study.

To spark a renaissance in American manufacturing through the establishment of a American Manufacturing Renaissance Act to develop and monitor a national manufacturing strategy, to identify and address supply chain weaknesses as well as identify and address obstacles to inclusion and align manufacturing with strategic opportunities and imperatives through local multi-stakeholder Manufacturing Renaissance Councils, which are analogous to the technology hubs established in the Chips and Science Act, and for other purposes.

The federal government would create a national strategy to strengthen American manufacturing and establish local councils in communities across the country to identify weak points in supply chains, remove barriers to business growth, and ensure manufacturing opportunities reach underrepresented groups. These councils would work similarly to the technology hubs created under recent semiconductor legislation, bringing together businesses, workers, and local leaders to coordinate efforts. The bill aims to help American manufacturers compete globally while building more inclusive and resilient domestic production.
