Chochu Local Supports Sinlaku Relief Efforts in Portland Since opening in 2018, Chochu Local has become a beloved small business in Portland, Oregon, proudly sharing Chamorro food and culture in the Pacific Northwest. Owned by Joy and Mike San Nicolas, the food cart was recently featured in local Oregon news for its efforts to raise funds supporting Super Typhoon Sinlaku recovery efforts in Saipan, Tinian, and Chuuk.
