Res. 33.; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: At the appropriate place, insert the following: SEC. ___. PROHIBITION ON FUNDS UNTIL NECESSARY MEDICAL CARE IS PROVIDED TO INDIVIDUALS WITH CHRONIC RESPIRATORY CONDITIONS. None of the funds made available under this title shall be obligated or expended until the Director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the Commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border Protection each provides inhalers to individuals with chronic respiratory conditions, including asthma, in the custody of such departments. ______
