RECOGNIZING NATALIE HELLMANN Congressional Record, Volume 172 Issue 146 (Wednesday, September 16, 2026) [Congressional Record Volume 172, Number 146 (Wednesday, September 16, 2026)] [Extensions of Remarks] [Page E945] From the Congressional Record Online through the Government Publishing Office [ www.gpo.gov ] RECOGNIZING NATALIE HELLMANN ______ HON. BRETT GUTHRIE of kentucky in the house of representatives Wednesday, September 16, 2026 Mr. GUTHRIE. Mr. Speaker, I rise today to honor Natalie Hellmann for her service to the House of Representatives. A native of Alexandria, Virginia, Natalie graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Rollins College. After serving in multiple internships for Majority Whip Steve Scalise, Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy, and Senator Marco Rubio, her career on Capitol Hill has taken her to the offices of Representatives David P. Joyce (OH-14), Scott Franklin (FL-15), and Earl L. ``Buddy'' Carter (GA-01). Shortly after I became Chairman of the House Committee on Energy and Commerce, Natalie joined my staff serving as a Professional Staff Member on the Subcommittee on Commerce, Manufacturing, and Trade. In this role she quickly became a trusted advisor on issues related to Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) legislation, collegiate and professional sports policy, and semiconductor manufacturing policy, among others. Natalie will soon depart the House Committee on Energy and Commerce to move to the West Coast. I wish her the best in her future endeavors and thank Natalie for her service to the United States House of Representatives, the Energy and Commerce Committee, and the American people. ____________________
