Mr. VINDMAN. Mr. Speaker, I rise today to congratulate Amy Reardon on her selection as the 2027 Region 3 Teacher of the Year. This prestigious award honors teachers who represent the very best in education across the Commonwealth of Virginia and recognizes the extraordinary impact they have on their students, schools, and communities. An English language teacher at Chancellor Elementary School in Spotsylvania County, Amy has dedicated two decades to serving students in Spotsylvania schools. This includes 13 years as a first-grade teacher at Battlefield Elementary School. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to academic excellence, fostering inclusive classrooms where every student is encouraged to succeed. Her passion for supporting multilingual learners has helped countless students build confidence, develop their skills, and reach their full potential. I congratulate Amy Reardon on this well-deserved recognition and thank her for the lasting difference she continues to make in the lives of Virginia students. ____________________
