Gabe Evans’ Ratepayer Protection Act , legislation to ensure companies building large data centers – not hardworking American families – are responsible for the electricity and infrastructure needed to power them. “AI companies have a serious responsibility to earn the trust of the communities they invest in and to be good neighbors.
