JAMES R. WALKINSHAW of virginia in the house of representatives Thursday, June 11, 2026 Mr. WALKINSHAW. Mr. Speaker, I rise today to recognize Public Service Week and to honor the dedicated public servants of the Social Security Administration Reston Field Office who tirelessly serve Virginia's 11th Congressional District each day. The Reston Field Office plays a critical role in supporting residents across our district. Whether assisting seniors with retirement benefits, helping individuals navigate disability services, or supporting families during times of transition, these public servants are often the first point of contact for those seeking help. Their work ensures that residents receive the vital services they depend on. The staff of the Reston Field Office carry out this responsibility with professionalism and care. They assist individuals through complex processes, answer questions, and help resolve issues that have a real impact on people's lives. During Public Service Week, we recognize the importance of this work and the individuals who make it possible. In recognition of their service to Virginia's 11th Congressional District, I include in the Record the names of the 22 dedicated staff members of the Social Security Administration Reston Field Office. Brandice Shafron, Anh Duong-Anderson, Shyrell Delair, Srinivasulu Rayala, Ravi Akkineni, Ramiro Espinoza, Quincy Batiste, Erika Wells, Gabriela Martinez, Kaila Scott- Whitehead, Whitney Gordon, Joseph Deguzman, Julie Kubiak, AJ Hartman, Natalia Jimenez, AnhTu Luu, Carisma Johnson, Brencis Kim, Jawaria Adeel, Mariam Popal, Nora Bahamonde, and James Lee. Their efforts reflect the vital role public servants play in strengthening our communities and supporting individuals and families across Northern Virginia.
