Ms. ALSOBROOKS submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by her to the bill S. 2, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of S. Con. Res. 33.; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: At the appropriate place, insert the following: SEC. __. EXPANDING THE DEFINITION OF MAXIMUM FAIR PRICE ELIGIBLE INDIVIDUAL. This Act shall apply on the date that a law expanding the definition of maximum fair price eligible individual under section 1191(c)(2) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1320f(c)(2)) to include an individual who is enrolled under a group health plan or health insurance coverage offered in the group or individual market is enacted (as determined by the Secretary of Health and Human Services). ______
