THOMAS H. KEAN, JR. of new jersey in the house of representatives Tuesday, March 18, 2025 Mr. KEAN. Mr. Speaker, I rise today to celebrate the 99th birthday of Ethel Miers. Ms. Miers is a dedicated resident from the town of Milford in New Jersey's 7th Congressional District who is committed to preserving American values and strengthening our Nation's future. As we celebrate her birthday, we recognize her contributions and take this opportunity to reflect on the many blessings we share as a community.
