Brigit Len Tabuena Brings Her Education Home to the CNMI We’re proud to highlight Brigit Len Tabuena, a Bowdoin College student from Saipan who returned home to the CNMI to put her education into action at Hardt Eye Clinic Diabetes Education Center. A Biology and Environmental Studies major, Brigit is gaining hands-on clinical experience while leading an important project to collect and analyze local HbA1c diabetes data. Through patient testing and research, her work is helping build a better understanding of diabetes in the CNMI and support greater awareness of the connection between diabetes and eye health.
