WASHINGTON, D.C. - Congressman Henry Cuellar will announce that the Rio Bravo Volunteer Fire Department has been awarded a $190,000 grant from the Department of Homeland Security for vehicle acquisition. The assistance to Firefighters Grant Program aims to enhance first responders’ ability to protect the health and safety of the public.
