Rep. Fallon Statement in Response to Russian Drone Fleet Violation of Polish Airspace

Washington, D.C.-- In response to the violation of Polish airspace this morning by Russian attack drones, Rep. Pat Fallon (TX-04) , issued the following statement: “The violation of Polish airspace this morning by Russian attack drones makes clear yet again that Vladimir Putin remains the number one obstacle to peace and security in Europe. Putin clearly has no qualms with violating the sovereignty of a NATO member, Poland, and has intentionally escalated the war in Ukraine. The United States must continue to engage with Poland as it invokes Article IV of the NATO treaty, which aligns with President Trump’s time-tested principle of peace through strength. To achieve an end to the war in Ukraine and lasting peace for Europe, the US and our NATO allies must maintain a united front against continued Russian aggression and escalation.”
