Res. 33.; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: On page 6, line 2, insert `` and of which, $1,000,0000,000 shall be transferred to the Administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency to carry out section 2009 of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 (6 U.S.C. 609a) in order to better support Homeland Security Investigations' national security, counterterrorism, and public safety missions'' before the period. ______
