Mr. PAUL submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the joint resolution S.J. Res. 98, to direct the removal of United States Armed Forces from hostilities within or against Venezuela that have not been authorized by Congress; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: At the end of section 1, add the following: (5) Seven members of the United States Armed Forces were wounded during the warfighting in Venezuela and have the full support of Congress as they recover. ______
