Thomas G. Allan, Jr., to be Admiral. *John DeLeeuw, of Texas, to be a Member of the National Transportation Safety Board for the remainder of the term expiring December 31, 2026. *Daniel Edwards, of North Carolina, to be an Assistant Secretary of Transportation. *Steven Haines, of Virginia, to be an Assistant Secretary of Commerce. *Robert Harvey, of Florida, to be a Federal Maritime Commissioner for a term expiring June 30, 2029. *Ryan McCormack, of Virginia, to be Under Secretary of Transportation for Policy.
