Madam President, I understand that there are two bills at the desk due for a second reading en bloc. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The Senator is correct. The clerk will read the bills by title for a second time en bloc. The bill clerk read as follows: A bill (S. 5271) to amend the Help America Vote Act of 2002 to require voters to provide photo identification. A bill (H.R. 7008) to amend chapter 131 of title 5 to require certain restrictions on stocks for Members of Congress and their spouses and dependents, and for other purposes. Mrs. MOODY.
