FL-27 Passport Fair FL-27 Passport Fair Body RSVP: https://lp.constantcontactpages.com/sl/81PgMrS/CaseworkFair When : April 9, 2026 Time : 10:00 AM - 2:30 PM Where : Westchester Regional Library Address : 9445 Coral Way, Miami, FL 33165 Passport Application Requirements : Completed passport application form (Form DS-11 for first-time applicants). Forms will also be available on-site. Proof of U.S. citizenship (birth certificate, expired U.S. passport, naturalization certificate, etc.). A valid government-issued photo ID. One passport photo (2” x 2”). Payment for passport fees. ( Check or Money Order to " U.S. Department of State ") Adults (Age 16 and older): Passport Book: $130 Passport Card: $30 Children (Under 16): Passport Book: $100 Passport Card: $15 Optional fees you can add to your passport fees: Add $60 to your application fee if you want expedited service . Add $22.05 to your application fee if you want your new passport in 1-3 days after we mail it. Please note: There are two separate fees for a passport application. One is paid to the "U.S. Department of State" by check or money order for the amount listed above. The second fee is $35, payable to the acceptance facility and paid on-site. Both parents or guardians must be present when applying for a passport for children under age 16. Routine processing times may vary. Expedited service may be available for an additional fee.
