CONGRATULATING WHITE COUNTY 2025 CHAMPION OF CHAMPIONS Congressional Record, Volume 172 Issue 50 (Thursday, March 19, 2026) [Congressional Record Volume 172, Number 50 (Thursday, March 19, 2026)] [House] [Page H2609] From the Congressional Record Online through the Government Publishing Office [ www.gpo.gov ] CONGRATULATING WHITE COUNTY 2025 CHAMPION OF CHAMPIONS (Mr. ROSE asked and was given permission to address the House for 1 minute and to revise and extend his remarks.) Mr. ROSE. Mr. Speaker, I rise today to congratulate White County, Tennessee, one of 19 counties I am proud to represent in Congress. Their county fair was recently named the 2025 Champion of Champions by the Tennessee Association of Fairs. It is a designation earned by showcasing excellence in agriculture, education, and community participation. In a rare dual honor, White County is also home to TAF's Fairest of the Fair, Hannah Haley. This is a statewide title earned from weeks of practice. It requires talent, discipline, and a lot of time. I congratulate Hannah on the fruits of her dedication. I have no doubt that she will continue to be a great ambassador for White County and for all of Tennessee. I am proud to support Tennessee's many agricultural fairs, including the White County Fair. They bring together the best of our communities from every corner of Tennessee. ____________________
