Wicker’s Statement on the Passing of Judge Grady Jolly

WASHINGTON - U.S. Senator Roger Wicker, R-Miss., released the following statement on the passing of Former U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals Judge E. Grady Jolly. Circuit Judge Jolly was appointed to the federal bench in 1982 by former President Ronald Reagan. "Circuit Judge Grady Jolly was an outstanding and respected jurist -- a credit to the federal bench and to his native state. He had a quick wit and an even quicker mind. He was dedicated to the Constitution and the rule of law. I have been privileged to know him and benefit from his counsel. Mississippi has lost a giant."
