Moulton Statement on Financial Disclosures Moulton Statement on Financial Disclosures Congressman Moulton released the following statement on his financial disclosures and transparency: “In the course of completing my annual personal financial disclosures, I discovered a transaction that required a periodic transaction report (PTR).
