Mr. PETERS submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill S. 2, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of S. Con. Res. 33; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: At the appropriate place in title I, insert the following: SEC. ___. RESCISSION OF OBBBA FUNDS. Effective on the date of enactment of this Act, all of the unobligated balances of amounts made available under sections 90001, 90002, 90003, 90004, 90006, and 90007 of title IX of the Act entitled ``An Act to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of H. Con. Res. 14'', approved July 4, 2025 (Public Law 119-21; 139 Stat. 361) (commonly known as the ``One Big Beautiful Bill Act'') shall be rescinded. At the appropriate place in title II, insert the following: SEC. ___. RESCISSION OF OBBBA FUNDS.
