Mr. KIM submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill S. 2, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of S. Con. Res. 33.; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: At the appropriate place, insert the following: Sec. ___. All officers and agents of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement or U.S. Customs and Border Protection being paid from Federal funds shall receive training on, and adhere to, the Guidelines for Enforcement Actions in or Near Protected Areas, which were issued by Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas on October 27, 2021. ______
