Serving Ohio’s 10th: Congressman Mike Turner Announces Leadership Promotions and Staff Transition

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Regina Holman Promoted to District Director Since joining Congressman Turner's staff in 2015, Regina Holman has become one of the district's most reliable connectors - linking families to federal resources, ensuring local leaders are heard, and helping keep the office grounded in what people are facing day to day. Her work has helped turn community needs into measurable outcomes, and her leadership has shaped initiatives that continue to strengthen the district. The list of Holman's accomplishments is long, including helping found the Foster Care Program in Ohio's 10th, serving as Chairwoman of the Opioid Task Force, launching and hosting ten annual Ohio Defense Forums, and chairing the Dayton Fountain Task Force to restore a community landmark. She also started the Congressional Community Service Award for African Americans in Ohio's 10th, led the HPSCI annual training retreats during Turner's tenure as Chairman, and spearheaded efforts around Community Project Funding, helping identify local priorities and support the return of nearly $200 million in federal funding to the district since FY 2023. Frank DeBrosse Promoted to Chief of Staff Frank DeBrosse has spent more than two decades serving the people of Ohio and has been with Congressman Turner's office since 2016, earning a reputation as a steady hand and a trusted leader. In his new role as Chief of Staff, DeBrosse will lead the office's Washington and district operations, building on years of experience navigating complex challenges while keeping the focus on practical outcomes for Ohio's 10th. DeBrosse has played a central role in key initiatives that have strengthened the district's economy, infrastructure, and civic institutions. His work includes helping form the Wright-Patterson Council of Governments, supporting efforts to recapitalize funding for the Dayton Dragons stadium, and helping convene and organize a water quality panel during a time of community concern - bringing together leaders to investigate issues and drive solutions. Jason Galanes Departs for NATO Parliamentary Assembly Role in Brussels As Congressman Turner announces these promotions within his office, he is also proud to announce that Jason Galanes, who has served as Congressman Turner's Chief of Staff since March 2022 and Secretary to the U.S. Delegation to NATO, will depart the office to join the NATO Parliamentary Assembly in Brussels as Director of Strategic Partnerships Training Programmes. "Jason's new portfolio at the NATO Parliamentary Assembly builds directly on the leadership he demonstrated during the NATO PA Spring 2025 Session in Dayton. He helped make the Dayton Spring Session a success, and NATO PA noticed," said Congressman Turner.
