MassDOT reaches Pittsfield railroad agreement with CSX, while Amtrak’s $2B award set to bolster Berkshire Flyer By Jim Kinney jkinney@repub.com PITTSFIELD — MassDOT now has an agreement with freight railroad company CSX allowing for rail improvements in Pittsfield.
