Ms. HIRONO (for herself and Mr. Van Hollen) submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by her to the bill S. 2, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of S. Con. Res. 33; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: At the appropriate place, insert the following: SEC. ___. DOJ YOUTH MENTORING PROGRAMS. Notwithstanding any other provision of this title, of the amounts made available to the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement under this title, $105,000,000 shall be transferred to the Department of Justice, for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2029, to carry out the youth mentoring programs of the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention of the Department of Justice. ______
